Following all the rules didn't make me happy or fulfilled.
I was burnt out, waking up with panic attacks and wondering if there was anything left to live for.
Living unaware of stored trauma inside my body left me feeling stuck, lost and so disconnected from life and myself.
Long story short, I ended up house bound for months with gut and bowel health issues.
I was in the darkest time of my life.
YET, it was also the turning point of my life.
I heard a small voice within me saying "There is more for you, Sarah!" Even though I was TERRIFIED, I began to listen to the longing within my soul and rebuilding safety in my body after more than 25 years of stuck trauma/pain.
Today, I live free.
I know who I am and show up fully to my life, knowing how to embody confidence and regulating my emotions.
I have created a business, written a book, traveled around the world and am forever grateful I decided to listen to my body instead of continuing to numb the pain.
It's opened up and continues to open up a world I didn't know was possible.
I am home.
